UStaticMeshComponent now has a property called bFillCollisionUnderneathForNavmesh. When this property is set, it will emulate filling the space underneath the static mesh with collision, and navmeshes will not be generated underneath the surface of the object, provided that the object is inside a NavMesh Bounds Volume.
